About the event
Support yourself as we move through the darker months of the year. The winter months are often associated with an increase in low mood, isolation, depression and higher. So it makes sense to provide yourself with the tools to support increased feelings of wellbeing and connectedness through this season, and beyond.
As well as a wealth of information about mental health and wellbeing, the course allows you to create a highly individualised wellbeing plan. This will become a practical tool which you can use day to day, to look after both your physical and mental wellbeing - to stay well through winter.
The course is taught over the space of 4 weekly sessions, allowing you to put into practice what you have learnt between sessions.
